What exactly do I get?
A rubric-graded report covering onboarding, core task completion, navigation, performance, visual polish, and bugs — plus a plain list of anything we found that would block a new user from sticking around.
Is this a bug bounty or a pen test?
No. This is a first-impressions inspection — the kind of read a real, unbiased first-time user would give you, if they didn't already know your product.
How long until I get results?
Tests are run and graded shortly after payment. You'll get an email as soon as your verdict is filed, and it stays visible in your dashboard.
Do I have to hand over my real login credentials?
Only if your app requires login to reach the core experience. Credentials are encrypted at rest and used only for the one test.
